The following general conditions of use, privacy policies and sells regulate the use of the web site www.estilachogdc.com, which offers to it users a variety of clothing items whose main consumer are women.
Estilacho GDC, C.A is located in Caracas, Venezuela and is a Limited Company (Ltd.) properly registered in the Fifth Commercial Registry of the Capital District and Miranda estate jurisdiction.
The condition of client, suppose the addition to the general conditions in the published version the moment it access the web site. Estilacho GDC reserves the rights of modify, add or eliminate, at any moment, part of those general conditions. For that reason, is recommended to read carefully the following terms and conditions, at the moment of it acceptance every disposition in it is accepted.
Access and Security
All the information provided by the users during the payment process is completely confidential. Our web site, www.estilachogdc.com, guarantee that such information will not be read nor obtain by third parties by any means. The personal information required to complete the payment process are the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Billing address
- Shipping address (in case of being different to the Billing address)
- Depending on the payment method selected (Direct Transfer or PayPal), further information will be required (i.e. card number, transfer confirmation number)
Estilacho GDC, C.A count on two payment methods, one of them, direct transfers to the Estilacho GDC Executive Director (Gabriela Díaz-Correa) account, where will be required to the user to share the transaction confirmation within the next two (2) hours of their order placement to be able to process it, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The user, by introducing the personal information described in the “Access and Security” section, will have the option of saving the information provided to be used in a future purchase by selecting the button “Create an account?” located at the end of the billing details. In that case, the user will have an account created and will be able to access to it with their name or email address and a password. If the user does not desire to create an account for a future purchase, it will have to fill all the information required at the checkout.
Estilacho GDC uses as a shipping method the services of DHL Company, shipping internationally. The shipping and handling assumed by Estilacho GDC is 5$ standard.
DHL commitment is to deliver the packages between 5-7 business days. Once the order is processed and ready to be shipped, the client will receive the tracking number of the order, follow up that can be made along the DHL web page (http://www.dhl.com.ve/es.html). Once the order is shipped, and the client receives via email the shipping confirmation, the responsibility of the package is assumed by DHL. In Estilacho GDC we work with an exchange policy. If the clothing item is too big or too small we will gladly change it for the right size. To do so, the client should send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to receive a form to fill to proceed with the exchange process. The user should take in consideration:
- Five (5) consecutives days starting the day the client receives the order to start the exchange process.
- The item must not be used, altered or washed.
- All original tags must be attached and it must be returned with the original package.
- We do not do refunds. The client can use the amount spend in any other item in case the size needed is not available anymore.

Our recommendation is for the client to make all the questions needed, to use the size chart before placing an order to have a satisfactory shopping experience.
Due the commitment Estilacho GDC has to ship the orders as soon as possible, we process them with the best celerity attainable, if the client requires to modify or cancel their order, it must contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once the order has been processed it cannot be modify nor cancel.
A processed order does not admit adding clothing items, in case the client desires to buy new pieces, it should create a new order.
After the effectiveness of the payment, the client will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order. This means the order is processed.
Once the order is handle by DHL, the client will receive an email with the tracking number of the package. This means the order is shipped.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All the dispositions established in the present document are govern by Venezuela’s law (Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela). By accepting them, there is a commitment to submit to Venezuela’s jurisdiction.
